| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and select any items that you wish to buy by inserting the quantities required and hitting your return/enter button to add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS payment transfers. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and most will arrive the next working day. But please allow up to 5 working days from the day of placing your order. When despatched you will receive a confirmation email and delivery is due the next working day. Please inform us if you delivery has not arrived within 3 days. All orders are sent via carrier and have to be signed for on receipt. If there is a possibility of nobody in when the driver calls please give us instructions to leave with a nearby neighbour or change your delivery address to your place of work. Otherwise the driver will leave a card including a contact telephone number and attempt delivery the next day. |
