| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and select any items that you wish to buy by inserting the quantities required and hitting your return/enter button to add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS payment transfers. If you wish to pay by BACS as a bill payment please request our bank details. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping and Handling All orders carry a charge from £3.99 + VAT (£4.79 inc. VAT) to a maximum of £5.59 + VAT (£6.69 inc. VAT) and sent by carrier (except for Jet Tec items where small amounts are sent by Royal Mail) to all parts of the UK and are not affected by weight. Orders £75.00 + VAT (£90.00 inc. VAT) and over sent CARRIAGE FREE. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and most will arrive the next working day. But please allow up to 5 working days from the day of placing your order. You will be sent a confirmation of despatch email at point of despatch. If goods sent by carrier have not been received within 2 working days after this, please inform us immediately. All orders are sent via carrier* and have to be signed for on receipt. If there is a possibility of nobody in when the driver calls please give us instructions to leave with a nearby neighbour or change your delivery address to your place of work. Otherwise the driver will leave a card including a contact telephone number and attempt delivery the next day. *Except for Jet Tec items where smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges VAT @ 20% is added to all orders except for the Channel Islands where it is exempt. |
