Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and select any items that you wish to buy by inserting the quantities required and hitting your return/enter button to add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS payment transfers. If you wish to pay by BACS as a bill payment please request our bank details.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling All orders carry a standard charge of £3.99 + VAT (£4.69 inc. VAT) and sent by carrier except for Jet Tec items where small amounts are sent by Royal Mail. Orders £76.60 + VAT (£90.00 inc. VAT) and over sent CARRIAGE FREE.

Delivery Schedule We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and most will arrive the next working day. But please allow up to 5 working days from the day of placing your order. When despatched you will receive a confirmation email and delivery is due the next working day. Please inform us if you delivery has not arrived within 3 days.

All orders are sent via carrier* and have to be signed for on receipt. If there is a possibility of nobody in when the driver calls please give us instructions to leave with a nearby neighbour or change your delivery address to your place of work. Otherwise the driver will leave a card including a contact telephone number and attempt delivery the next day.

*Except for Jet Tec items where smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges VAT @ 17.5% is added to all orders except for the Channel Islands where it is exempt.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Authorisation details are only decrypted after they reach our computer. We do not store full card information and it is not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. In the event of any problems please contact us as soon as possible to enable us to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy Please contact us prior to returning goods for a returns authorisation number and to state reason for return. Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging, undamaged.
