Prices
Prices are shown both excluding and including VAT @ 20%

Delivery Coverage
We only supply goods within the UK. We deliver to England, Scotland (including Highlands), Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Islands.

Delivery Charges
All orders carry a charge from £3.99 + VAT (£4.79 inc. VAT) to a maximum of £5.59 + VAT (£6.69 inc. VAT) and sent by carrier (except for Jet Tec items where small amounts are sent by Royal Mail) to all parts of the UK and are not affected by weight. Orders £75.00 + VAT (£90.00 inc. VAT) and over sent CARRIAGE FREE.

Method of Delivery
Most deliveries are made via carrier and have to be signed for on receipt. Smaller orders for Jet Tec items are sent by post. If you are likely to be out please consider using your place of work for the delivery or a neighbour who is likely to be in. Failing this a card will be left for you to telephone to arrange another delivery.

Speed of Despatch/Delivery
Depending on stock levels and when order is received the majority of orders will be delivered the next working day within English Mainland, Wales and Southern Scotland. This is not guaranteed. Other areas may take approximately three to four days. If your order is urgent please contact us first and we will confirm whether we can meet your requirements. It is best to email us.

Accounts
Due to the competitive nature of our prices we do not operate accounts or offer credit periods. Goods have to be paid for at time of ordering. Apart from cards goods may be ordered and paid for by cheque or BACS (bill payment from your bank account) by requesting our bank details first or soon after placing an order.

Placing orders
All orders are to be placed online. We are able to accept some orders by 'phone during office hours (01395 269567) but this is not possible during certain periods. However a message can be left for a call back. When viewing the basket, to return to the exact place where you selected an item please click on the product listed.

When you have Placed an Order
A receipt page will be viewable on screen which may be printed out. (It is ideal to include this when paying by cheque). This is not your invoice. You will also receive an automated emailed confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this please check the correct email address was given and that the message has not been rejected by your server.

You will be sent a confirmation of despatch email at point of despatch. If goods sent by carrier have not been received within 2 working days after this, please inform us immediately.

Invoice
An itemised VAT invoice will be emailed in .pdf form for you to view on screen, store or print out for your records.


Out of Stock Items
If we are unable to despatch an item within five working days you will be notified by email to advise the estimated delivery time and it will be held on back order. If this is not acceptable the item can be cancelled (and refunded if already charged) or an alternative chosen.

If we have stock on the rest of your order, this will be shipped straight away and the out of stock items will follow.

Goods for Sale
All products sold are genuine brand new manufacturers original branded items and are sourced from respectable UK distributors for use in the UK. If we have a compatible product for sale, this will be made very clear in the description and you would have to navigate through a section with 'compatible' in the name to find it.
